WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE TO CREATE YOUR JEWELRY?

I work with .925 Sterling Silver and .999 Fine Silver, and I choose to use recycled Silver whenever possible. I also like to incorporate secret peeks of gold (filled and vermeil) into some of my pieces. But Silver has my heart, it feels really good running through my fingers and laying against my skin. I use luxuriously high quality precious & semi precious Gemstone beads and the occasional man made stones (always disclosed). I handpick the most delicious stones from my trusted suppliers across the globe that I’ve built relationships with over a span of a decade or more. Most of these suppliers I am happy to call friends, and we share stories about life, family and culture.


WHERE AND HOW IS YOUR JEWELRY MADE?

Each piece is made in my home studio in Gulf Shores, right by mama ocean. I conjure every single piece by hand, from start to finish, using only a few basic hand tools and a small torch. Yes, playing with fire IS as kick ass as it sounds. Each piece is {literally} enchanted to bring it's story to life, to elevate it to it's full potency, and to help locate & travel safely to it's new home. I however do not personally make the rings on my site. I work with my gemstone supplier to have these created for me, for you! Rings go through their own welcoming & enchantment rituals, too! So does every gemstone that I bring in to work with. Literal MAGIC, ya'll.


WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All in stock items may be returned within 14 days for a full refund (minus shipping fees, please) or for an exchange. Items must be returned in original condition with tags and original packaging. Custom made orders are not returnable, however I’m happy to talk with you about other options to make things right. Email amber@amberbryce.com to initiate a return.


HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED, AND WHAT WILL IT COST?

Orders within the US ship via USPS Priority Mail in a flat rate box for a flat rate of $9.00. International orders ship via USPS First Class Mail package and are calculated during checkout. All pieces comes wrapped up in a white kraft jewelry box for protection. Please note- International customers are responsible for any added VAT/customs fees.

 

REPAIRS & ADJUSTMENTS

I am happy to repair your jewelry for a reasonable charge. Please do not attempt to repair it yourself. If I find that the damage is due to an error in my craftsmanship, I will of coarse repair or replace your jewelry free of charge. I can also make adjustments to your jewelry (chain length, added charms, etc.) Please email amber@amberbryce.com with any repair requests or adjustment needs.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO SHIP?

In stock items currently ship within approx 1 week. Custom made orders generally ship within 2-4 weeks. Please note that on all custom orders, a more specific timeline is discussed at the beginning of the project.

 

CAN YOU GIFT WRAP MY ORDER?

YES! Actually, all items are lusciously packaged and wrapped ready to gift, but I am happy to add a customized note for you. Please leave specific details in the comments box during checkout.


CAN YOU REMAKE SOMETHING I SAW ON ANOTHER ARTISTS WEBSITE?

Um, hell no. That’s just shit. Also, just tasteless. We CAN dissect what you do like about other designs (colors, the way it makes you feel, sizing) and use that as a starting point for a custom design.
