Exchanges / Returns
▸ For ready to ship items (meaning any purchase made that doesn’t require customization/custom ordering)
I want you to love your new jewelry and feel connected to it 100%. If you are not happy with your in stock purchase I will gladly process an exchange or refund the full amount paid (minus shipping charges, please!) within 14 days of your purchase. Please first email firstname.lastname@example.org to let me know what is being returned. Jewelry must be returned in its original condition. Please package the jewelry in its original jewelry box and return via PRIORITY MAIL in a PRIORITY MAIL BOX just as it was shipped to you to prevent any damage. I recommend you purchase insurance for your returned package; I cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
▸ For Custom created orders
Please note: Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. The energy that goes into each custom order is 100% unique to you. I spend time energetically preparing to create your piece before I even pick up my pliers. I am happy to work with you on minor changes to your custom piece at an hourly rate. Note also, we work closely together on each stage through custom orders so you are informed of what your piece looks like before finalization. Mailing address for returns / exchanges
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your returns info and you will be provided the return mailing address.
If your jewelry needs a repair, please first email email@example.com with a short description (and photo if possible) of what happened for an estimate of cost. Please do not attempt to repair the piece yourself. I’m happy to repair it for a reasonable fee. If the damage is due to an error in my craftsmanship, I will repair or replace your jewelry free of charge. Please securely package your return and mail via USPS Priority Mail box. I recommend insuring your package; I cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

US orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail in a secure flat rate box for $8.00 no matter how many items you purchase at once.
International orders ship via USPS First Class mail for a flat rate of $14.00.
Very important notice to international customers
You are responsible for any customs fees/taxes/duties that may be imposed. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you prior to purchase.
*COVID-19 UPDATE- Please be patient as shipping times may be delayed.* In stock items typically ship within one week. Custom made orders ship within 2-4 weeks, however a more specific timeline is discussed at the beginning of the project. A rush fee will be added if you need your custom piece sooner than my current turn around time.
Payments & salestaxes
4% Sales Tax is charged for sales in the state of Alabama. Payment types currently accepted are Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You do NOT have to have a Paypal account to securely checkout through Paypal with your credit card.
I do not, nor will I ever, share or sell your information to any third party. That’s just gross & rude. The information collected is used solely to process your order, and to contact you regarding your order if necessary. All transactions on this site are secured using a 256-bit SSL encryption.
